Stacie McQueen Stacie McQueen
After graduating with honors from Nova Institute of Health Technology, Stacie joined the staff as our most recent addition. She has become an expert in all facets of urologic assisting. She is our "local product", having been born and educated in the Culver City community. For fun, Stacie is an avid gymnast and also an aspiring actress, currently represented by the Players Talent Agency in Hollywood. Her inspiration for stage and screen was her uncle, the actor Steve McQueen.

Elizabeth Hamilton, L.V.N. Elizabeth Hamilton, L.V.N.
For 20 years a hospital nurse, Liz joined the staff during 1998. She brings to our site a world of nursing professionalism and also an upbeat charm that regularly soothes even the most apprehensive patient. She is one of a select group of nursing professionals who can truly claim to be a urology specialist. In her personal life, Liz is proud to be mother of Demetrius Hamilton, who is currently captain of the football team at the University of Wyoming. When not at work Liz enjoys reading, travelling, and playing competitive volleyball on the world-famous courts at Venice Beach.

Kim Lively Kim Lively
Kim is our "uro-technology" specialist, bringing to the office expertise in the high tech aspects of urology. She is a Certified Urology Associate. She is an accomplished subspecialist in the performance of urodynamics, and in this regard, she also serves as consultant to Laborie Medical Systems, a leading manufacturer of urodynamic equipment. Outside the office, Kim is a nationally-recognized Blues singer; she has performed in Los Angeles at the House of Blues and in many other venues across the country.

O. Newton Boston O. Newton Boston
Newton brings state-of-the-art computer literacy to USRF. He has been in medical computing since the earliest days of the PC industry almost 25 years ago. He earned a bachelor's degree in acccounting at New York University in 1961, folllowing which he has specialized in business systems.
In addition to the inhouse expertise he brings to USRF, he also runs his own consulting firm, B&W Data Service, which offers business and graphical applications to numerous large corporate clients in the medical field. When not at the computer, Newton can be found traveling to exotic locations such as Sri Lanka, where he once had breakfast at sunrise with the Dalai Lama, and reading science fiction.

Peggy Hardy Peggy Hardy
Peggy is Senior Administrative Assistant, and has been a team member here since 1983. She knows virtually every patient, most on a first-name basis, and many, their families as well. She was educated at Southland College in Los Angeles and worked five years in the hospital community here before joining our staff. She is truly the "people person" of the group. Outside of the office, which she calls her second family, she may be found cooking, baking, working jigsaw puzzles, listening to classic rock from the 60s, and attending gospel plays.

Maria L. ( Maria L. ("Malu") Macairan, M.D.
As Clinical Research Coordinator, Malu is in charge of all day-to-day operations at USRF. She brings to the foundation a rare blend of comprehensive medical background, extensive research experience, and great warmth and compassion. She earned her medical degree at 23 years of age, the youngest in her class, and she was in private practice for three years before dedicating her professional life to biomedical research. She came to USRF in 1996 from a key role as research coordinator for the Cardiology Department at USC Medical Center. During her spare time, she is a voracious reader of adventure novels, finishing one or more every week.
