USRF is an independent operating entity, with a mission to further the science of urology. Governance is provided by the founder and current medical director, Dr. Leonard S. Marks,
with the guidance of a directorial board of distinguished business and professional leaders.
Funding is obtained via direct gifts, research grants, and contractual work
with sponsoring companies.
